# Introduction

Wink is an incentive layer to Solana where you can create, share, and monetize any Solana transaction powered by **blinks & actions technology created by** [**Dialect**](https://www.dialect.to/). Whether you want to create, share, or monetize decentralized applications (dApps), Wink makes it easy. With customizable blink templates, you can perform or facilitate any transaction on the Solana blockchain and earn at each transaction.

Looking to initiate or enable a transaction on the Solana network? Wink has a blink template for that. From staking SOL to swapping tokens, our library of templates provides everything you need to execute secure and efficient blockchain actions. No matter the complexity of your transaction, there's always a blink available to simplify the process.<br>

**Wink consists of two main components: Wink and Blink.**
